Pick up is available from our premises, but a suitable time must be arranged.

All items are sent via Australia Post and we will not be held liable for any parcels that get lost in transit or damaged. If you are at all concerned by this, either register or insure your parcel.

We are quite happy to exchange rugs etc... that do not fit, but they must be returned in the same way as they have been sent out. Washed, dirty or hairy rugs, etc... will be charged for, as they are classed as a 'second or damaged' items - buyer to cover postage. Rugs etc... must be posted back within 7 days or the offer is not available.

If a product is to be found to have a fault (not caused by wear and tear of horse or person) we are quite happy to fix the problem free of charge. Please contact us first before returning product.
